Grief and joy can share the same table.

Danielle Duffey is a grief educator, speaker, author and host of The Mission Mama podcast. She brings a rare blend of strength and tenderness to every room she enters, shaped by her years as an Army veteran, her life as a Southern Minnesota farmwife, and her role as a mother of four.

In one moment, Danielle's world changed. Her 17-month-old son, Blake, died from Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC). In the years since, Danielle has learned that grief is not something we "get over." It is something we learn to carry, alongside gratitude, faith and even joy.

That journey led her to write two books for others walking the road of loss. Lessons in Grief: A 90-Day Journey of Faith and Healing is a devotional that meets readers one day at a time. The 5 Minute Gratitude Through Grief Journal helps readers notice small moments of light, even in sorrow.

On The Mission Mama podcast, Danielle hosts honest conversations about grief, healing, faith and intentional living. As a speaker, she brings real stories and practical tools to women's events, churches, workplaces and communities. She helps audiences support one another, find purpose after loss, and live with hope when life doesn't go as planned.

Danielle believes that no one should walk through grief alone, and that even in the hardest seasons, there is still light to be found.
